The calculations shown herein are based on properties located within platted subdivisions in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.  For title search cost on unplatted lands, for properties with multiple parcels, or for commercial properties, please contact our office.

In addition to the costs as outlined above, parties may be charged for courier and other miscellaneous fees.

If your property is vacant land, or if you have an Owner's Policy currently in effect that is less than three years old, you may be entitled to REISSUE CREDIT.  Please contact our office if you have questions about the reissue credit.
