Bayshore Commercial Services (BCS), a division of Bayshore Title, is dedicated exclusively to handling complex commercial transactions.· Attorney Jim Holloway, who heads BCS, has an extensive background in title insurance and real estate law and brings together his knowledge and expertise as an attorney with the high level of service for which Bayshore Title is known.

“My client,” says Jim, “is the transaction itself.”· Because he does not offer legal representation to any of the parties, Jim avoids any conflicts of interest and uses his knowledge of the law to work through the complex issues that can arise during the closing process.  Jim’s practice is limited to Title Insurance and transactional work; this enables him to be more responsive to our clients’ needs and to focus exclusively on his closings.
