Bayshore Title is a full service title insurance agency with in-house title search capabilities and a full-time title examiner.  The staff is professional and experienced; all Escrow Officers are licensed and average over ten years in the industry.  Owner and General Manager Bruce Tigert is widely known for his expertise and knowledge of title insurance and closing practices.  The staff also includes Jim Holloway, a licensed attorney, who handles commercial transaction and provides legal assistance and consultation.  It is this experience and expertise that enables us to anticipate and resolve settlement issues before the closing.
